Real Estate Associations
Licensed real estate agents, also known as “salesperson”, are required to serve within associations — local to nationwide mainly licensed within their state and their area/county. They provide the main source for licensed real estate agents to list and search properties in the MLS (multiple listings service), which for the Roseville and Sacramento region is the MetroList MLS.
