It is critical for narrowing which property fits your “buyer box” or search criteria. An experienced real estate agent uses their experience, network, and tools to narrow the search from thousands of properties to one property. We use the MLS (multiple listings service) in our region, the main and most trusted property database that is the source for retail websites like Zillow.com, Realtor.com, etc.
